Specialty Jellies ~ Unique Texas Tastes
From our specialty and unique homemade Texas Prickly Pear Jelly & Syrup, Fresh Fruit Jams and our own Rattler Pepper Jelly– “A Jelly with a Bite”; to our Sweet & Spicy Candied Pickles and new Prickly Pear Gum Drops your taste buds will explode with the distinctive tastes of these true South Texas specialties.
Truly from "Our Kitchen to Your Table" as a Texas Cottage Food Business all of our jellies and condiments are harvested, prepared, processed and packaged by hand from our estates kitchen in Devine, Texas.
Aged Infused Balsamic Vinegar
Aged Red Wine Balsamic Vinegar infused with fresh fruit, spices and extracts they are ideal for dips, marinades and reductions. Featuring bold citric taste, our infused fruit blends are Raspberry, Orange & Peach. Our Basil & Garlic features an earthy taste with an Italian backdrop. They make a delicious complement to olive oil when creating specialty dressings & vinaigrettes.
The "Lil’ Sampler Pack" is composed of each of our four 5.5 oz. infused specialties bundled together as a small variety pack. Our 8.5 oz. bottles can be purchased individually or as packages, priced based on the quantity of one, two, three or our best selling and value "Texas Size Sampler" of four 8.5 oz. bottles.
Organic Olive Leaf Teal
Brewed as a tea for over 5,000 years across the Mediterranean several new studies reveal what ancient cultures have known for centuries- infusion made of the olive leaf has extraordinary healthful properties. Tea made from the leaves of organically grown olive trees is caffeine-free, it’s known for its antiviral, antibacterial and cardiovascular benefits. A 2005 Australian research study showed that olive leaves have two times the antioxidants of green tea and 400% more Vitamin C than other sources.
Brewed as loose leaf or in your tea steep, Olive Leaf tea has a wonderful mildly-earthy flavor enjoyed as a hot or iced tea. Here at the Orchard we enjoy a little honey and lemon in ours over ice.
Our hand picked, dried and packaged tea is sold in 1.5, and 2.5 oz. packages.
Leccino Olives in Balsamic & Herbs
Leccino Olives originated in the Tuscany region of South-Central Italy. With written references dating to the end of the Middle Ages it is a primary cultivar found in olive groves across Italy (and Devine, Texas), Leccino Olives are an excellent table olive with a pleasantly mild earthy flavor. Harvested by hand, slow cured in natural sea salt and finished in a robust red wine balsamic vinegar and a medley of natural herbs & seasonings.

Reserve & Inaugural Edition EVOO
Our initial olive crops were harvested and purchased by a regional olive oil miller. In 2020, with the success of our harvest and high quality of our olives we finally produced our own Inaugural Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)!
